I love your wrappers! I can make the perfect egg rolls with them. The store ran out and and I don't want to use any other kind. I just got off the phone with your company so I can come to the facility and purchase some of your egg roll wrappers! I'm so glad I live in the LA area!! You guys rock!

We have been using your egg roll wrappers for a number of years, with good results, unfortunately not so today.

We bought two packages of your egg roll wrappers at a "Chinese Grocery" located in The Strip District (Produce Market Area, Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, PA) today. The merchandise was, as usual, frozen. Taking the packages home, we thawed them in our refrigerator, made the egg roll mixture an proceeded with the cooking.

The first package of your product was fine, as usual. The second package was essentially unusable, individual wrappers breaking up when filled and rolled.

Are you all having quality problems? Looks as if we might have to seek a substitute product, something we would rather not do, but which might be necessary.

Please advise.
