I received 3# of unsulphered organic dried apricots as a Christmas gift. (mailed directly to me by Bertuccio's Fsrm) They appeared dingy grey and scorched, and looked as if were processed from mostly rotted fruit. I tasted some pieces that appeared almost acceptable- HORRIBLE flavor. No normal tart apricot taste discernible, only a funky, sickly sweet scorched taste and a silty, faintly gritty texture that lingered on the teeth-consistent with fine silt or ash contamination. I'm very disappointed.
