THE OWNERS, BILL & LINDA TEAGUE ARE LOVELY FOLKS. WE HAVE PURCHASED MANY ITEMS FROM THEM. HAVING ORDERED 3 QT. JARS OF BEETS ON 11/18/14 FROM LES & RECEIVING OUR ORDER ON 11/22/14, VIA FED EX. WE WERE SHIPPED ONLY 2 QT.JARS & ONE WAS LEAKING. THUS, WE HAVE ONLY 1 JAR OF BEETS. WE PAID FOR 3 PLUS SHIPPING, COST OF$41.48. NO BILL IN BOX', I CALLED CR. CARD CO. TO CONFIR,M CHARGES. THUS, I PHONED & SPOKE TO A BRENDA WHO WAS OF NO ASSISTANCE THEREFORE CALLED THE MARKET & SPOKE WITH SUE (A HELPFUL & NICE LADY). ULTIMATELY, LES PHONED ME & INSISTED SHE PACKED 3 JARS, INSULTED US, SPOKE OVER US,, WAS VERY RUDE HANGING UP ON MY HUSBAND! THIS IS SHOCKING BEHAVIOR & A POOR REFLECTION ON TEAGUES BUSINESS. TRUST ME, WE ARE HONEST FOLKS WHO PAY FOR WHAT WE ORDER & SPEAK THE TRUTH...LES BASICALLY CALLED US LIARS! SHE SPOKE OVER ME & WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO EXPLAIN & THEN SHOUTED SHE WOULD REFUND OUR CHARGES. I THOUGHT YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED IN KNOWING WHO YOU HIRE TO REPRESENT YOUR GREAT REPUTATION.
