Since I moved back to San Antonio, TX. It has been extremely difficulted to truely find great taste, flavor and meaty tamales. Everyone claims they can make tamales or doughy tamales and no meat and that is not for me. Until I went to Tellez.
TELLEZ IS NUMBER ONE!!
Meaty, flavorable and thin masa that completes a tamale. IT is Perfect!! TELLEZ is on 1737 S. Gen McMullen and I highly recommended to those that know what a tamale should be made and are looking for the Mexican style of Bon Appetit in Tellez Tamales and overall great food !
